The Auth0 Delivery Enablement & Operations team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the cross-functional delivery of our most strategic portfolio of work in Security. We are seeking an individual with a passion for technology, security, and operational excellence.

The Senior Technical Program Manager will partner with Security, Product and Engineering teams to implement, maintain, and optimize complex operational processes, inclusive of clarifying needs and value, securing commitment from teams across the organization, setting timelines, and facilitating ongoing delivery and execution. This role will report to the Manager, Technical Program Management.

You will :

• Drive large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs from design through delivery.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Security to define scope, value, and technical requirements, securing commitments across organizations.
• Orchestrate planning, prioritization, and execution, managing the integrated program plan and timelines across disparate functions.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments, clearly communicating trade-offs and solutions to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships , serving as the central point of contact and providing consistent transparency into program goals, progress, and quality.
• Energize cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious objectives and uphold world-class operational excellence and security standards.
• Develop broad technical and domain knowledge to effectively influence strategy and decision-making.

Below is the annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual OTE, which is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable) and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual OTE range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between : $129,000—$193,000 USD
