Job Description

What you will be doing?

In this role you will be processing customer payments and exceptions in a timely and accurate manner to customer accounts.

• Prepares customer payments for processing.
• Opening / Scanning mail
• Coordinates set-up and maintenance activities for the remittance processor and related equipment.
• Performs research and adjustment activities.
• Processes exception items.
• Maintains inventory of remittance processing supplies.

Work Schedule : On-site

2 Shifts : To be discussed

Monday-Friday 6AM-230PM CST. Off Saturday / Sunday

Sunday 9AM-530PM CST Monday-Thursday 2PM-1030PM CST. Off Friday / Saturday
