Overview Trade Promotion Management Solution Architect (CPG) at TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods (TAC). Join our Professional Services team to design, scope, and deliver tailored software solutions that meet clients business needs. You will work with clients, sales, product management, and engineering to ensure successful implementations and long-term customer success.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary consultant during project implementations, bridging customer needs and product capabilities.

Design scalable and efficient solutions aligned with customer goals and best practices.

Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with customers to understand business processes and technical environments.

Collaborate with implementation consultants, project managers, and developers to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Provide thought leadership on system integration, data migration, API usage, and customization options.

Develop detailed solution design documents, diagrams, and implementation plans.

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering strategic guidance to maximize value from our platform.

Support customer onboarding and adoption by aligning business objectives with technical delivery.

Relay customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps.

Qualifications Trade Promotional Management (TPM) experience required.

5+ years of experience in solution architecture, solution design, consulting, or enterprise software implementation.

Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure integration strategies.

Proven experience designing and delivering solutions in a client-facing role.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts into clear business terms.

Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or workshops.
