Job Type : Part-Time or Full-Time (Your Choice!)

Salary : $60,000 to $120,000 Annually (depending on experience and hours) + Full-time Benefits

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Nurse Practitioner to bring high-quality, patient-centred primary care to residents in assisted living communities. You’ll have the freedom and support to really connect with patients, use your clinical expertise, and still have time for your life outside of work.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct full health assessments, exams, and medication reviews.
• Create personalised care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Manage chronic and acute conditions with confidence and compassion.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications responsibly within your NP scope.
• Educate residents and families on staying healthy and independent.
• Keep clear, up-to-date records in eClinicalWorks.
• Participate in quality initiatives that truly make care better.
