Jacksonville Teacher Residency-OPS

Required Qualifications :

• Maintains and organizes administrative files and / or records for JTR.
• Assists JTR Director with setting up and organizing recruitment, orientation, professional development events and activities.
• Supports operational and fiscal tasks such as processing requisitions, travel arrangements, and travel reimbursements.
• Screens incoming calls / emails and directs calls to appropriate staff member.
• Monitors and tracks JTR teacher candidates AmeriCorps service to ensure accurate documentation and progress toward meeting required service hours.
• Other duties as assigned by JTR Director.
