• Youre fluent in the language of scheduling, quality control, and client satisfaction.
• You can walk the line between enforcing standards and building strong relationships with trade partners.
• Youre not afraid to get into the details whether its a warranty issue, a fleet maintenance schedule, or a pre-construction meeting.
• Youre comfortable with technology and know how to use it to track progress, communicate clearly, and make better decisions.
