We are currently seeking an Automation Engineering Manager for our client in the Technology Solutions domain. Role Description : The Automation Engineering Manager must have 7+ years of experience. As the Automation Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design, development, implementation, and management of automation systems and processes within the organization.

You will be responsible for enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality through automation solutions while aligning with business goals and compliance standards.

Leadership & Team Management :

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of automation engineers, providing guidance on project execution, technical challenges, and career development.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Education and Skill Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Relocation : This position will cover relocation expenses

Note : Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
