Significant experience leading projects , including coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical excellence, and driving project success. Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system design. Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers and technical staff. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
