Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in payments or account balances. Prepare and maintain accurate payment reports and summaries. Respond to customer inquiries regarding payments and account balances. Assist customers with resolving payment issues or discrepancies. Assist with other accounting tasks as needed. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or an associate's degree in accounting or a related field preferred. Experience : 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, payment processing, or a related field preferred. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or payment processing. Proficiency in accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. JR Vinagro is seeking a Payment Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
