Typical Day of a Territory Sales Representative

  • You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day
  • During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager you will inquire about vacant units ask to walk units notate repairs and review with head of maintenance or property manager.
  • Working from the office involves reviewing sales routes preparing calls and performing minimal administrative tasks
