Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator
Location : Alameda, CA
Pay Range : $25-30 / hr DOE
Full-Time, Onsite
Bilingual English / Spanish Required
We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to support a busy manufacturing / warehouse operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor with employees, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of core HR processes, including New Hire Orientation and workplace trainings.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an onsite HR point of contact for employees and supervisors.
- Coordinate and conduct New Hire Orientation, ensuring all paperwork and onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time.
- Deliver inperson trainings on topics such as sexual harassment prevention and workplace violence, and support other policy or safety trainings as needed.
- Maintain employee records and HR files with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Assist with HR projects such as creating flyers, communications, and basic presentations for employees.
- Use Microsoft platforms (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and tools like Canva to support HR communications and documentation.
- Support daytoday HR administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, scheduling, and responding to employee questions.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and support additional HR needs as the business requires.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar industrial environment.Experience supporting HR functions such as onboarding, orientations, trainings, or HR documentation.Strong proficiency with Microsoft platforms; experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Actionoriented, comfortable taking initiative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.Copy this link to share this opportunity!
