REQUIRED SKILLS : JAVA, Cucumber (reqd), Selenium (reqd), IXIA, Spirent, Breaking Point, general networking, VMWare, OpenStack, Virtualization, HyperV, OpenGear (OOB access) ADDL SKILLS : SD-WAN, AWS, organized, collaboration, influence, problem solving, Technical Writing VENDORS : IXIA, Spirent, Breaking Point, Cisco, Arista

Additional Preferred Skills :

Experience with IXIA and Spirent platforms

Experience testing and automating various types of network-based tests, including network performance, device performance, security performance and feature testing, Voice over IP testing,

Understanding of TCP / IP Networking, WiFi and VoIP

Knowledge in visualization platforms like VMware, OpenStack, AWS, HyperV

Knowledge with device serial out-of-band (OOB) connectivity, such as with OpenGear

Comfortable working in a variety of tech stacks

You're proactive, ambitious and quick to take action, while also open to new ideas. You recognize when you're wrong and move past your own mistakes

You enjoy knowing the latest with technology and continually strive to be better at your craft

Excellent communicator, able to analyze and clearly articulate complex issues and technologies understandably and engagingly

Project Description :

This individual should have strong knowledge and practical hand-on experience with automating test platforms such as IXIA and Spirent to support mass use-case testing of various scenarios. Experience with IXIA or Spirent testing platforms, including Breaking Point test suite, is a huge plus as well. Additional vendor knowledge for Versa, Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Meraki is a big plus as well. Understanding basic LAN / WAN networking is required. This individual will not only work towards the lab automation but will also act as a lab manager working on the physical build out, connectivity and troubleshooting for all lab devices as needed by the team.
