Assistant General Manager Dig World, Dallas Texas

Dig World is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead the daily operations of our construction-themed adventure park in Dallas, Texas. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys managing teams, and is committed to creating outstanding guest experiences.

The Assistant GM will be based on-site at the park, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting staff performance, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the park on assigned days, ensuring all operational procedures are followed.
  • Lead daily team kickoff meetings, clearly communicating priorities and assigning staff to stations.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, coaching, and daily performance.
  • Ensure operational excellence, including safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
  • Support inventory tracking and coordinate with leadership on supply needs.
  • Promote and uphold Dig Worlds culture and values, fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace.
  • Resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with park leadership to implement operational improvements.

  • Leadership experience in operations, hospitality, or guest services.
  • Strong people-management skills with the ability to motivate and support staff.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

    • Compensation & Schedule

  • Salary range : $45,000 $65,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Schedule : Wednesday through Sunday, with an average of two weekends per month on duty (rotated with the General Manager and another Assistant GM). This ensures a balanced schedule while maintaining full park coverage.
