Description : Summary :

RANDYS is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player to be part of our distribution center operations. The warehouse associate will assist in all aspects of the warehouse teams and operations. Assist daily with general warehouse duties, such as stocking shelves, kitting, and general cleanliness of warehouse.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Work with team lead or management to determine which team area needs assistance, receiving, transfers, production or shipping.
• Count, verify and label each item that is, received, transferred or shipped.
• Pick & Pack sales orders (parcel or LTL) shipments
• Responsible for replenishing shelves as needed
• Box and prepare orders for shipment, sales or putaways
• Use the pallet wrap machine and pallet strapping mechanism
• Cycle counts to resolve inventory issues, over / short discrepancies
• Clean, organize and maintain all warehouse areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Operate heavy machinery daily (forklift, TSP, order picker, reach truck) to receive and move product around the warehouse.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet distribution center requirements.
• Assist Warehouse in pulling parts orders, production and kitting departments, or any other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Ability to actively listen, seeks information, and asks questions to ensure the understanding of duties requested
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Load and unload trucks as necessary with forklift and / or by hand
• Will conduct these responsibilities in a professional and timely manner
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize company provided software for the management of inventory, items stocking and pulling orders or transfers.
• Ability to continuously lift 50 lbs. and 80 lbs. occasionally.

2nd shift : Monday - Thursday 1pm - 11 : 30pm with Friday Overtime if applicable
