Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Administrator in support of the Special Operations Center for Medical Integration and Development (SOCMID) in Birmingham, Alabama.

Requirements :

• Serve as the primary Program Administrator supporting course execution and coordination.
• Manage student registration, scheduling, certification tracking, and reporting instructions.
• Maintain organizational inbox; respond to student inquiries and coordinate with instructors / affiliate faculty.
• Ensure all instructor and faculty folders are complete and up to date.
• Coordinate badge access and administrative requirements with SOCMID, UAB, and host installation.
• Complete pre- / post-course checklists and provide administrative support to SOCMID staff.
• Route and track administrative paperwork between SOCMID, UAB, and command stakeholders.
• Assist with course supply preparation, ordering, and inventory management; serve as back-up logistics support.
• Act as primary point of contact for class preparation, including printing, organizing, and distributing materials.
