Looking for a role where you can set your own pace, enjoy flexibility, and still earn competitively? Were a private group practice seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to care for patients in a nursing home setting.

This is a full-time, permanent position"ideal for a physician who values autonomy, balance, and long-term stability.

What We Offer

  • Compensation : $250K"$300K+, depending on your workload & preferences, 1099

Schedule : Flexible round and go model " start your day when it works best for you

Call : Weekend call only (1 : 5) and no night call

Benefits : Customizable options available

Liability insurance negotiable

What Were Looking For

  • MD / DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics

    • Active New York medical license

    DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)

    Medicare & Medicaid billing numbers

    Prior nursing home experience a plus

    Physicians seeking a long-term, rewarding relationship with our group
