We are seeking a dynamic Development Manager to help build out this core function for a mission-driven organization working at the intersection of gender equity, health, and social change.
The Opportunity
The Development Manager will be a builder, connector, and storytellersomeone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where new systems are being created and bold ideas are welcome.
You will work closely with the Senior Advisory to the President, the CEO, board and program leaders to strengthen our fundraising infrastructure, craft compelling proposals and donor communications, and manage a growing portfolio of philanthropic partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play a pivotal role in helping shape the next chapter of FUTURES impact.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position. The pay rate is $95,000 / annually. This salary is based on a standardized compensation structure that is transparent across the organization. Please note that the salary is non-negotiable and, like all positions at FUTURES, is eligible for step increases as part of our commitment to thriving wages for all staff.
