**Opportunity**

Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth's mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood.

Specific responsibilities include:

+ Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy

+ Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa

+ Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service

+ Offering sincere suggestions for the guest's benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty

+ Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise

+ Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring products recommend for their home care

We have part time opportunities available. Hours will vary between 8:30am and 8:00pm, weekdays & 1 weekend a week requirement.

**Skills/Requirements**

+ State of Illinois Massage Certificate required

+ Minimum of one year experience, ideally in a luxury spa setting preferred

_The competitive commission range for this position is based on percent of individual sales. The average commission plus gratuity per service for this position is $83.00 - $102.00. The specific commission earned may be influenced by a variety of factors._
