Experience in life cycle planning, scope planning, definition and management, work breakdown structure, cost estimating, preliminary engineering and architectural design, project execution including detailed design, project time, cost, quality, HR, change, communication, risk, procurement and construction management. Familiar with federal, state, and local regulations regarding construction, design, and maintenance. Ability to communicate with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and team members effectively. Position Summary :

Plans, organizes and directs implementation of all phases of multiple facility projects in accordance with the principles, practices, tools and techniques prescribed in PMBOK guide.

Certification / Skills :

Minimum Education :

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, construction science or related disciplines required.

Minimum Experience :

5 years of experience working with multiple small facility projects including plant / program adaptation, capital renewal, energy conservation, and deferred maintenance projects required.

Physical Requirements :

Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and / or up to 20 pounds frequently and / or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.

This position is a security-sensitive position pursuant to Texas Education Code 51.215 and Texas Government Code 411.094.
