What You'll Do As A Sales Representative :
- Engage with residential customers to drive new sales for AT&T telecommunications and technology products while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Educate consumers on promotions, products, and brand benefits that best suit their needs, guiding them expertly through the sales process.
- Record and analyze consumer interactions to enhance and refine the sales delivery process.
- Collaborate with the sales and management team to strategize on improving consumer acquisition using effective negotiation and upselling techniques.
- Gain valuable leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship.
- Participate in daily training sessions with your Sales team to develop skills in sales, negotiation, and leadership with guidance from experienced leaders.
- Work together with fellow Sales Representatives to stay informed about market trends and changes in consumer behavior.
Qualifications For A Sales Representative :
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as account management or sales, is required.While leadership or sales experience is a plus, it is not mandatory.A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including customers, clients, and team members.Reliable transportation is necessary for commuting to our office.A strong desire to grow, embrace challenges, and step into leadership positions in the future.This is a full-time, commission-based role with an expected annual earnings range of $42,000-$62,000.
