Toyota’s 12–14-week internship and co-op program is designed to build a strong talent pipeline by providing university students with meaningful, hands-on experience that can lead to future full-time employment. Our North American locations are looking for qualified students to fill Summer 2026 / Fall 2026 / Spring 2027 Internships and Co-Ops for the following areas across the enterprise :

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have reliable transportation

Must have the right to work in the United States and not require Toyota sponsorship for immigration-related employment (including, but not limited toH-1B, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, TN, or F-1 OPT extension) now or in the future

Minimum GPA of 2.7 or higher

Must have completed at least one full academic year at a two- or four-year college or university post-high school (sophomore standing or above)

Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited degree program (this includes both two-year and four-year colleges) studying in abusiness discipline or related field, such as :

Business Administration

Business Management

Logistics

Supply Chain / Operations Management

Information Systems

Computer Science

Human Resources

Data and Analytics

Economics

Accounting & Finance

What you’ll be doing

Project Support and Execution : Assist with ongoing projects by contributing to planning, research, and execution. The projects vary depending on the field.

Networking and collaboration : Grow professional network through participating in team meetings and communicating cross-functionally.

Process Improvement and Innovation : Interns are encouraged to observe current practices and suggest improvements. This may include observing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, proposing new methods, or supporting implementation.

Administrative Support : Assist your team with organization of files, records, or databases to aid overall functionality.
