Position Overview

We are on the lookout for an adept and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become an essential member of our expanding imaging team. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, providing clear and compassionate explanations
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Efficiently operate and maintain imaging equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues
• Maintain precise documentation of procedures and accurate patient records in the electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a relevant equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
