Responsibilities
Develop trade skills in drywall installation and painting
Assist skilled technicians with drywall and painting projects
Load and unload materials and equipment
Prepare and mask job sites
Maintain cleanliness
Learn proper tools, materials, and techniques
Follow safety protocols and procedures
Communicate with crew leaders and team members
Support crew with measurements and material prep
Requirements
Required experience in construction (home services)
Willingness to learn and strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
