The position involves caring for patients in a progressive care unit setting. Candidates should have experience in a PCU or stepdown environment. Familiarity with documentation systems is beneficial. Experience with Meditech is preferred. Floating to other units may be required as needed. Attendance policies will be strictly enforced. The dress code requires scrubs in royal blue. Nail care must adhere to health standards. Hair must be neat and clean without extreme styles or colors. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. All body art should be covered whenever possible. This position requires teamwork and collaboration with all staff members.
