Adjunct Instructor in Special Education

A company is looking for an adjunct instructor for the course EDUC 807 Teaching Children with Disabilities in Language and Communication.

Key Responsibilities

Teach the online course focusing on language and communication disabilities in children

Facilitate discussions on the relationship between communication abilities and children's development

Guide graduate students in reflecting on their communication styles to better support their students

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in education, speech and language, or a related field

5 or more years of experience working with children with language variations

5 or more years of experience with children and families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds

Experience teaching at the graduate level is preferred
