Office Admin - Mail Service Specialist – 1st Shift
Location : Omaha, NE
Pay : $18 / hour (based on experience) Schedule : Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
- Contact employees by email to pick up express mail packages at the internal post office.
- Assist walk-up customers at the counter.
- Answer and direct incoming calls received through the automated phone attendant; screen calls by following established protocol and direct caller to correct area.
- Maintain information in several data bases such as mail stops, front desk phone numbers, UPS ShipExec, UPS CampusShip.
- Process Facilities Service Requests and Office Space Requests; schedule contractor assistance.
- Order office supplies / paper
- Scanning and electronic filing of documents
- Perform other clerical tasks when needed.
