Key Responsibilities

Assess existing systems and requirements to identify opportunities for AI integration

Recommend practical AI solutions and architecture balancing innovation with compliance and cost

Drive adoption and change management by defining best practices and governance for AI implementation

Required Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in AI consulting / implementation

Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or insurance

Strong understanding of compliance and security frameworks (e.g., PCI, HIPAA)

Ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions

Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and modern cloud architectures
