The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position requires in-office presence and offers an hourly rate of $16-19, based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities :

  • Operate copy machines, including utilizing advanced printing / copying software.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as changing ink cartridges, loading paper, replacing toner waste and / or staple cartridges, and clearing paper jams.
  • Process printing requests in both hard copy and digital formats.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
  • Work efficiently and meet set deadlines.
  • Follow directives accurately and handle physical demands of the job.
  • Operate binding equipment, including punchers, staplers, inserters, folders, paper cutters, spiral binding, velo-binding, GBC machines, and drill presses.
  • Prepare documents for scanning : sort, count, remove staples / paperclips, insert separator sheets.
  • Scan documents using flatbed, high-speed sheet-fed, and large-format scanners.
  • Review scanned files for clarity, alignment, and completeness.
  • Clean and maintain scanning equipment.
  • Lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion.Qualifications :
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working directly in a print center.
  • Proficiency in computer use, with strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

In addition to the base pay, this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus program.
