Full Job Description

Uptown Airport Group, located at the RALEIGH-DURHAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, is seeking both full time and part time applicants that are available to work the morning (AM) shift.

$150 HIRING BONUS offered to new hires who remain employed for a minimum of 90 days.

Applicants must be willing to work at a very fast pace and work schedule as required by manager. Applicants must have great customer service skills and should enjoy meeting people from all parts of the country. This position is located at Bruegger's Bagels in the C Terminal of the Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

Previous experience in food service is preferred, but not mandatory.

Job duties include, but are not limited to :

• Greeting guests with cheerful and helpful attitude
• Listening attentively to guests and offering suggestions
• Properly take orders and operate the POS system
• Operating with a sense of urgency
• Prepping ingredients, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Adhering to all required safety and sanitation protocols
• Compliance with Uptown Airport Group's uniform, appearance, and operational standards as defined in the Associate Handbook.

Successful candidates :

Must be an excellent team member and have the ability to work with multiple people.

Must be willing to train for all positions.

Must be friendly, engaging, and must possess superb customer service skills.

Must provide 110% customer satisfaction.

Must be able to work at a fast pace and have a sense of urgency.

Must be able to work complete scheduled shifts with excellent attendance and punctuality.

Must be approved for airport badge through TSA.
