Machinist Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Machinist Supervisor to guide a talented team of machinists in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment. Salary : $75,000 - $88,000 / yr. (Depending on experience)

Schedule : 1st shift

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, support, and motivate a team of skilled machinists to meet production goals.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure machining accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee setup and operation of manual machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, drills).
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve machining processes.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure machinery operates smoothly.
• Maintain documentation of production activities, setups, and quality inspections.
