The Role : Emergency Veterinarian

Join a collaborative, high-performing team providing 24 / 7 emergency and urgent care for dogs and cats.

Responsibilities :

Diagnose, stabilize, and treat emergency cases

Perform emergency surgeries as needed

Utilize digital X-ray, ultrasound, and in-house lab resources

Communicate clearly with pet families and referring veterinarians

Collaborate closely with skilled technicians and support staff

Maintain thorough and timely medical records

Stay current with continuing education and best practices

Qualifications :

DVM or equivalent with active FL or TX license

1+ year ER experience preferred

Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills

Calm, collaborative mindset under pressure

Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $200K+

Production Bonus : 21 - 23% (paid monthly)
