Responsibilities:

• Customer Enrollment: Facilitate the enrollment process for new customers using tablets or smartphones, introducing and signing them up for the client’s renewable energy options
• Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating the benefits of the client’s products and services to prospective customers.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
• Sales Focus: Concentrate on new customer enrollments, striving to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire and apply comprehensive knowledge of the client’s technology services, including mastering sales scripts and rebuttals to handle customer objections.
• Basic Math Skills: Apply basic math skills to assist with transactions and ensure accurate billing.
• Technology Proficiency: Utilize tablets or smartphones efficiently to facilitate the enrollment process.
• Feedback and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of enrollment activities and customer interactions, contributing to ongoing performance metrics and improvements.
