Lead and manage the monthly close, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting

Streamline reporting processes and oversee general ledger activities

Direct the annual audit process and partner with business leaders for financial insights

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

7-10 years of progressive accounting experience

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and technical accounting

Proficiency with financial systems (NetSuite required)
