Shift Options & Compensation We currently have openings on both first and second shifts. Choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle:
- First Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
- Second Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
- Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based on experience)
- Bonus: Competitive shift differential offered for Second Shift!
What You'll Do As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all products meet the high standards our client is known for. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Performing thorough inspections of parts and materials.
- Identifying and documenting any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Collaborating with the production team to maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a quality inspection or quality control role.
- Precision: ability to read blueprints, use measuring tools, and follow technical instructions.
- Reliability: A consistent work ethic and a commitment to the Monday-Friday schedule. References will be required

Responsibilities
The Quality Control Inspector 1 is responsible for inspecting the quality of in-process, final, and incoming materials.
Responsibilities: • Perform accurate dimensional and visual inspections of product
• Collect and accurately document inspection results
• Perform inspection of incoming, in-process, and final product
• Evaluate product in relation to requirements
• Other duties as assigned
Experience: • Basic Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gages, Microscopes, etc.
• Basic drawing understanding of drawings
• Basic understanding of Calibration
Qualifications: • Ability to use MSOffice Software
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Willingness to learn procedures and inspection techniques
• Willingness to learn multiple types of Inspection equipment
• Detail oriented a plus
• Quality Management System understanding a plus
• Must take direction well
• Competently carry out instructions
• Speak and Read English
