Responsibilities :
Act as Senior Developer for Loyalty Member benefit productsCollaborates with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads and other developers, along with internal customers, to understand requirements and develop a strategy appropriate to the business requirements for quarterly RoadmapDrives consensus on technical approach, sets timelines, and leads cross-functional application teams from design through deliveryMaintains and enhances existing enterprise services, applications, and platforms using domain driven design and test-driven developmentTroubleshoots and debugs complex issues; identifies and implements solutionsResearches and implements new technologies to enhance current processes, security, and performanceSupports the development of coding standards and adheres to best practices and security guidelinesWorks closely with software architects and technical leads to ensure decisions meet long-term enterprise growth needsMinimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience :
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.5+ years of Airline Industry experiencePreferred Qualifications - Education and Prior Job Experience :
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS / MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience / training5+ years of IT experience required.5-7 years of experience working on Agile Development teams.1-3 years of experience working with Batch Scheduling automation engine and Siebel EAISkills :
