A company is looking for a Claims Coverage Specialist who will conduct legal research and assist the Claims team with insurance claims resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret insurance policies to advise on coverage and liability issues

Prepare written communications explaining coverage issues and assist in drafting correspondence for claim adjusters

Identify potential risks and recommend strategies to mitigate exposure while staying current on emerging coverage issues

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor and admission to at least one state bar

Minimum of 3+ years in insurance claims, coverage analysis, or related legal / industry work

Familiarity with insurance coverage principles and claims processes

Experience in litigation or dispute resolution is a plus

Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities
