Front Or Back Office Medical Assistant

Ultimate Staffing is currently recruiting for a front or back office medical assistant. This position is temp to hire and is paying $19.00 - 22.00 per hour depending on experience. Candidates must have 6 months+ of experience in the medical field. Required skills and experience include insurance verification, eligibility, vitals, rooming patients, immunizations / injections, strong knowledge of immunization schedule, in office procedures and labs, appointment scheduling, check in / check out, EMR experience, referrals, billing, and documents receipt. Assists with ensuring completion of disability and other miscellaneous forms / letters in a timely manner. Daily review and processing of voicemails, reminders, and emails. Medical assistant certificate from an accredited education institution and current CPR certification required. Strong customer service experience, excellent verbal communication skills, and strong computer and office skills required.
