Position Overview:

As a server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. From introducing our concept to new guests, taking their order, and giving recommendations to try our newest dishes, your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver outstanding dining experiences and keep guests coming back for more.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and deliver an exceptional dining experience aligned with our hospitality standards.
• Present menus, explain specials, and make knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the POS system.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining coordination with kitchen and bar teams.
• Anticipate guest needs and check back regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, side stations, and service areas.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and uphold company safety and sanitation policies.
• Manage guest checks, process payments accurately, and ensure proper tip handling procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow servers, support staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding guest feedback or service issues.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year in a fast-paced dining environment. (Experience with Mediterranean food is a plus.)
• Knowledgeable on food safety guidelines.
• Wine and/or liquor knowledge is highly preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual (not required however, it is a huge plus.)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
