Parts Counter PersonLou Bachrodt AutoMall – Rockford, ILFull-Time | Salary + Bonus | Great BenefitsSome Saturdays may be required

If you know parts, move fast, and take pride in doing it right the first time—this is your role. We’re looking for a dependable Parts Counter Person who can support our service team, help customers, and keep the workflow moving.

What You’ll DoHelp technicians and advisors find the correct parts quickly and accurately

Assist retail / wholesale customers at the counter and by phone

Look up parts using OEM catalogs and dealership systems

Create quotes, invoices, repair orders, and special orders

Receive, stock, and organize inventory

Handle cores, returns, and warranty parts correctly

Communicate clearly with Service to prevent delays and comebacks

What We’re Looking ForParts counter experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)

Strong attention to detail and urgency

Friendly, professional communication

Solid computer skills and comfort with parts lookup tools

Reliable attendance and team-first attitude

Ability to lift and move parts as needed
