Educate clients through one-on-one consultations, webinars, and group presentations. Use a consultative sales approach to help retirees protect their health, income, and legacy including options like Fixed Indexed Annuities for long-term retirement planning. Stay engaged with ongoing training, mentorship, and business planning to continuously improve your performance. An entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude Strong communication and relationship-building skills A commitment to providing exceptional service and follow-through A Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain well guide you through the process) A desire to grow your income and independence with a performance-driven model Performance-based commissions with advanced payouts and lifetime vesting No income cap average first-year earnings of $70K$90K, with top agents earning $100K+ Monthly bonuses and travel incentives to top destinations Ongoing sales training, onboarding, and mentorship Access to experienced local leadership, a dedicated Sales Support team, and onboarding specialists committed to your success Advancement opportunities in a rapidly growing national company
