A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage and optimize marketing campaigns and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end campaign execution across email, paid channels, and events
Maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows and integrations with other MarTech tools
Build and update dashboards and reports to measure campaign impact and funnel performance
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on marketing operations experience in a B2B environment
Deep familiarity with a marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot
Experience owning campaign execution workflows including setup, QA, and launch
Understanding of lead management, scoring models, and routing logic
Experience creating reports and dashboards that guide marketing decisions
