As a Mental Health Counselor you will provide brief solution-focused therapy group interventions and psychological support for adults participating in industrial rehabilitation programs. You will play a vital role in helping individuals regain control confidence and resilience following workplace injuries. This position emphasizes cultural and linguistic sensitivity interdisciplinary collaboration and elements of case management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake progress and discharge evaluations documenting findings and preparing reports
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans focused on recovery goals stress management and resilience building
• Lead group therapy sessions that promote peer support and shared coping strategies
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure integrated holistic care
• Document patient progress thoroughly in compliance with program and regulatory standards
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to adjust care plans as needed
• Identify and address psychological factors impacting rehabilitation within a short-term intervention framework
