About the Role

Are you a masterful multitasker with a flair for event planning? Join us in creating unforgettable speaker events and meetings that leave lasting impressions! In this role, you'll orchestrate every detail, from budgeting to registration, while building stellar relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

You're Good At :

  • Juggling multiple events without breaking a sweat.
  • Crafting engaging registration websites and managing all the details.
  • Negotiating contracts and coordinating events like a pro.
  • Developing creative ideas to elevate each project to new heights.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and service providers.

You Might Also Have :

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in meeting planning.
  • At least two years of experience in event or meeting management.
  • A talent for effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • A positive attitude that shines through under pressure.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% for events and meetings.

    Travel requirements for this role are as follows : 50% to 75%

    We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Associate Meeting Manager is between $55,000 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
