Reporting to the Fairmont Gold Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- To monitor maintenance of the physical Fairmont Gold product
- Handle escalated guest concerns and react quickly logging and notifying proper areas ensuring follow up is completed
- Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty
- Personalize service with guests during their time in the lounge
- Assist when needed with all areas of Fairmont Gold operation
- Audit Front Desk operations to ensure all service standards are practiced
- Audit cleanliness of all lounge areas including food service areas and storage
- Attend meetings in Fairmont Gold Managers absence
- Complete all ordering for Attendant / lounge operations
- Monitor and report food consumption and waste
- Ensure food and service standards are being maintained
- Maintain strong relationships and communication with Kitchens and other teams to ensure all guest needs are met
- Train all new colleagues joining the team
- To follow department policies procedures and service standards according to Forbes and Michelin Key standards
- To follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
