Job Title : General Manager – High-Volume QSR

Location : Glendora, CA

Compensation : $80,000–$100,000 (targeting $80–85K base + performance incentives)

Schedule : Full-Time, On-Site

Start Date : ASAP

About the Role

A rapidly growing Quick Service Restaurant concept is seeking a hands-on, high-volume General Manager to lead its Glendora location. The store opened recently and is entering its post-launch stage, which requires a GM who can grow traffic, build community presence, drive sales , and elevate the guest experience. A second location is opening soon, creating strong long-term growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a builder mentality , thrives in a fast-moving environment, and knows how to operate with excellence while managing tight California labor.

What You’ll Do

• Lead your restaurant to consistently hit $40–45K weekly sales targets.
• Improve traffic, activate loyalty programs, and drive local store marketing and community engagement.
• Maintain strong operations and execute corporate-level brand standards.
• Manage labor efficiently while maintaining service quality — critical for CA operations.
• Hire, train, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
• Build a positive, accountable, guest-focused culture.
• Ensure all food safety, service, and operational procedures are met daily.
• Partner with ownership on performance, staffing, and growth strategy.
