Children's Health is proud to offer a career development opportunity for our employees through educational assistance benefits. The Dallas Patient Care Technician (PCT) Apprenticeship program is a 4-month long, paid training program. The program gives participants an opportunity to earn a salary while learning about the role on the job. The program is in partnership with Dallas College (Dallas, TX campus).
As an apprentice, you will receive an active learning experience with on-the-job learning at Children's Health at our Dallas campus. You will also experience classroom instruction at Dallas College to prepare you for the PCT position. Apprentices are full-time employees. Upon completion of the program, you will transition into a PCT position at Children's Health Dallas.
