The main duties of the Collections Agency/Attorney Administrator are to provide non-phone support to the Collections Agency/Attorney team. The position requires acute attention to detail, time management skills, and concise and accurate communication with peers, attorneys, and internal partners. Responsibilities can include, but is not limited to, the following:

Provide administrative support to the Collections Agency/Attorney team
