What You'll Do

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location, especially in tech, media, or telecom settings.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors and / or employees by providing directions and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
