As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol Driver in Corpus Christi, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a retail or mall location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe for unusual situations. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas within the retail or mall environment, reporting any suspicious behavior or activity. Assist visitors, tenants, and / or employees with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence. Document and report all incidents, observations, and security-related activities as required by site procedures. Support emergency response activities as needed, including guiding individuals to designated areas and communicating with Allied Universal and / or site management. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel when required. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
