A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day Human Resources operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR team and maintain employee records
Assist with HR reporting, employee relations documentation, and coordination of HR initiatives
Support recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and employee engagement activities
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Multi-state HR experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
